Property Search
You will receive personalised advice with tips to help you get off on the right foot and avoid common mistakes.
Design
Our architects will study a project adapted to the actual state of the property, taking into account the final destination in the internal distribution. We will submit the project to the municipality in order to obtain the necessary permits. In addition, our interior designers will study a modern, functional furnishing and fitting out of the property and present you with photographic renderings of the finished product.
Restructuring
Our tried and trusted company will carry out the necessary renovation as per the project, under the supervision of the architects, on time. We will produce a detailed profit and loss account of all costs, tax deductions and calculate the ROI of the operation.
Furnishing & Outfitting
The agreed furniture and fittings are ordered and physically assembled on site, taking care of the details with a professional eye. Photographs will be produced with a professional photo shoot, taken by our photographers.
Property Management
Your property, now that it is ready in all its aspects, will be managed by I-Home BnB with Tourist Rentals or with Transient Rentals or with Student Rentals (depending on the type of flat). All practical aspects of check in, cleaning, bureaucratic and tax aspects will be taken care of as per current regulations. We take care of everything!

Our main goal is to simplify and make real estate investment self-manageable with the BUY TO RENT formula. We harness the traction of long-established advertising channels to maximise the profitability of the property, thus offering a comprehensive and beneficial solution for our customers.
From the first approach with the client, Fulvia manages the property that will then be managed by I-Home. She advises him as best she can, helps him with set-up and tactical choices. Helpful, friendly and professional, she is the first smile at I-Home.
She is our architect specialising in work in Venice. She says of herself: 'I graduated in 2014 with a degree in Architecture from the National Autonomous University of Mexico where I did Erasmus for a year in Italy, at the Politecnico di Milano. I worked at Life Constructores in Mexico City in 2014 and moved to Venice, Italy in 2015. Since 2015 I have been working in Studio Bi.Effe. as an architectural and structural designer where I had the opportunity to participate in many projects in the Veneto region. For me, architecture is an exciting profession and I am lucky to be able to work in a unique place in the world where every building is a new discovery.
She is our Interior Designer for interior design and renderings. She says of herself: 'I am an Interior Designer and in 2015 I founded "Valorize and Sell" where with a team of professionals I deal with property valuation and interior photography.
Curious by nature, I am passionate about all-round education: I love to train constantly, not only on topics related to my profession, but also to transmit and share knowledge. I have given lectures and training courses of various kinds over the years and currently also supervise the training activities of the Associazione Professionisti Home Staging Italia."
